Single Family Conversion

When the building was purchaed in a foreclosure process the building was a two 1-bed small unit that was gutted and converted to a single family home. The addintal develeopment of the attic making it into a 4 bed 3 bath house. The completed project incuded a exteror outdoor kitchen to enjoy Chicago's weatehr.
